Ingredients

1 large lemon (rinsed)

    Let it sit for 1 hour or at least optimal; leave it overnight for a more fruity-flavoured drink.

Directions:

  • Mix the lemon juice, sugar, salt and water in a glass jug.
  • Use a spoon to stir them until the sugar is completely dissolving. (You may use powdered sugar instead of whole sugar.)
  • Incorporate pepper powder and coriander powder to mix.
  • Two ice cubes should be placed in glasses. Serve the drink on frozen cubes of ice.
  • Serve with the nimbu (lemon) slices and then serve.
